The purpose is thus to detect malpractices in the workplace. This is done most easily through a whistleblower solution, where employees safely and completely anonymously can report wrongdoing.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <div  class=\"row\"> <div  class=\"button-holder space-bottom space-bottom-small\" data-type=\"column\"><h4  class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span  style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Companies with at least 50 employees must introduce internal reporting channels to facilitate alert systems and special channels to government authorities must be established for whistleblowing in certain areas. You must also have the opportunity to blow the whistle through special channels to the responsible authorities in specific areas. The whistleblower system must be accessible to a broad group of individuals and is also mandated to protect them from reprisals.\n<\/span><br ><span  style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Unlike an internal reporting channel, an external reporting channel enables workers to raise the alarm to agencies designated by the government. An external reporting channel can receive, follow up, and provide feedback on reports of misconduct in specific areas.
