What is it and how do you go about it?<\/h2>

Internal governance is a central part in achieving the goals set by management in any organization. A common perception is that internal governance and control is about having internal regulations and a personnel handbook, but it is so much more!

If a company wants to create good internal governance and controls, it is usually necessary to work through all levels of the business from the board down to the day-to-day workings. The important thing is not that there are routines for all tasks, but it is rather about finding a reasonable level of governance which the organization can operate in accordance with and that is in line with the company's values \u200b\u200band the rules that the business is subject to.
