It is the first step of this work is to decide on a strategy. The strategy should have a clear objective, and should also be able to guide the employees in their day-to-day activities. We provide assistance to boards and management groups in regard to the issue mentioned above, including the implementation and development of the policy.
Management and implementation
If sustainability policies is to have meaning, concrete measures are required that are also implemented in practice. It can be anything from how to choose suppliers to which projects you choose to finance. We can help you find the right measures and the tools required to realize your strategy.
Reporting
An important aspect of this work is to provide accurate reporting the company carries out both internally and to clients and the general public. We can help you with developing an adequate report format according to legal standards such as (for example) the UNGC, CDP, UNPRI, and DJSI, in order to ensure accurate reporting.
Review and follow-up
The actions carried out usually need to be followed up. This can be done either through the different types of control measures or qualitative methods, such as interviews with co-workers, or surveys among customers. With our experience we can assist you in the creation of an effective control system.
