As an additional possibility in addition to its internal reporting systems, Lidl provides whistleblowing reporting via Apriori lawfirm. We are a niche law firm with expertise in whistleblowing and privacy issues. We who receive reports via this whistleblowing channel are either lawyer Ann-Sophie Hesser or lawyer Marie Friman.
We encourage everyone to use this reporting facility responsibly and accurately.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO REPORT?
The following are examples that may be subject to reporting:
– Financial crime such as bribery, fraud, forgery.
Competition and cartel violations.
– Breach of data protection legislation.
– Violations regarding accounting, finance, and taxation.
– Significant violations in workplace safety.
– Significant breaches of environmental law or environmental pollution.
– Serious instances of discrimination or harassment.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO REPORT VIA APRIORI
Issues of cyber bullying, the dissatisfaction with the salary, wages, etc., are not to be reported to us will be reported via the Developer of the normal channels of communication.
For other types of complaints and reclamation matters, please contact the customer service department of the company in question.
